LIFE MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

Members of the Association may be awarded Life Membership when nominated by their school if they meet the following criteria.

- Have served as a Sports Coordinator for a period of at least 10 years

OR

- Have served as a Coordinator for a Sport for a period of at least 15 years

OR

- Have been a First team Coach for a period of at least 15 years.

OR

- Have served a period of at least 15 years cumulatively in any of the above.

Any years in which nominees have served in more than one capacity to count as only one year of service.

Candidates for nomination must be endorsed by the current Head of School.

Schools when submitting nominations, should clearly outline the years of service and the contribution made by the nominee.

All nominations to be submitted to The Sports Administrator. A panel consisting of the Chairman of the Executive, the Chairman of the Sports Coordinators and the Sports Administrator will overview nominations

Any new Life Member will be invited as a guest of the Association to the Annual Dinner in the year of his/her award and be made a suitable presentation at the appropriate time.

NOMINATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE ON THE APPROPRIATE FORM.
